- When you practice in your shoes you are training at a specific
height. Add skates (increase height 3"-4") and all training has to be
adjusted. This causes players to miss or "fan" on the puck disrupting
many plays. Super-Glide® ALL-STAR eliminates this problem by allowing
players to practice with their skates on at their normal playing height.
Super-Glide® ALL-STAR System utilizes the same "Ice Blue" surface used in our full-size rinks, providing true skating action.
